A Munich-style Helles brewed to Bock strength, this version of the German Spring-to-Summer lager blends Pilnser and Munich malts with Maris Otter and a pinch of Double Roast Crystal to lay a sweet, lightly toasty malt foundation that’s then balanced with a sprinkling of Tettnang hops.
Deep gold in colour, aromas of fruity, fresh malted barley accented with newly-mown grass carry through to boiled sweets and subtle cake spice notes on the palate.
