
A sweet and decadent Imperial Stout inspired by Banoffee Pie.
A blend of 8 different malts, 3 different sugars, to create a thick, pitch black, luscious liquid which formed the base. 180Kg Banana Puree and 1Kg Ugandan Vanilla were added to create a sweet stout which is Vegan friendly. Ripe banana dominates the aroma, chocolatey richness coming from the specialty malts, vanilla adds pastry undertones.
